How do I order a dumpster? Simply call or order online and give us the details and location. We will then send our quote along with our rental terms for your approval. To be scheduled simply click on the rental terms Approval button. Once you've approved the rental terms an emailed request link to place a card on file for payment processing will be sent. Payments are due in full upon your scheduled delivery of the dumpster. Your card on file will be charged on the day of delivery.
What does your quote include? At Dump Day Dumpster Rental, we believe in 100% pricing transparency. When you call us, we will provide you with a competitive quote that includes delivery, pickup, the rental period and disposal of debris up to the specified weight allowance for the dumpster size you choose. When ordering from Dump Day Dumpster Rental, you’ll never have to worry about hidden delivery charges, fuel surcharges and environmental fees.
What is not allowed in the dumpsters?
Roofing shingles? Roofing shingles are accepted but up to a certain amount of square per trailer due to weight.
Do I need to be present for delivery of dumpster? No you do not need to be present as long as you provide detailed instructions for the placement of the trailer. Pics will be texted to your cell to make sure we place dumpster in your chosen location.
Do you require a signed contract? We require an electronic signature simply stating you agree to our rental terms.
How high can I load the dumpster? We ask that you don’t load any items over the top rails of the dumpster that will interfere with the tarp system or that may become a hazard for road travel. Try to keep the load flat and distribute the weight as evenly as possible. (we reserve the right to remove any items that are overloaded and deemed unsafe for travel).
How many pounds in a ton? A ton of material is 2000 pounds. Our rates cover a specific tonage for each size trailer. We charge an additional $80 per ton overage for any addition tonage over the quoted amounts.
How big is a 20 yard dumpster? Our dumpster measures 7ft x 14ft x 6ft high
How big is a 10 yard dumpster? Our dumpster measures 6ft x 12ft x 4ft high
Can your dumpster be placed on the street? Each municipality has different regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private property, streets or any other public right of way. Contact your local municipality and they will provide you with the regulations and costs to purchase any necessary permits. Dump Day Dumpster Rental is not responsible for obtaining proper permits.
Will it damage my driveway or lawn? Our dumpster trailers are on rubber wheels and will not damage your driveway or lawn in dry conditions. Keep in mind that in wet conditions or during a winter thaw conditions may be too soft for placement on lawns even for our dumpster trailers. Dump Day Dumpster Rental is not financially liable for the damages caused by normal dumpster operation.
