Which dumpster size is best for a house flip?
The 20-yard is usually the best starting point for a full interior rehab. A 10-yard can work well for one room, finish debris, or a smaller phase. Debris type and weight matter, so call if you are unsure.
Can I mix renovation debris in one dumpster?
Many common approved materials can be mixed, including drywall, cabinets, flooring, trim, fixtures, and general household debris. Concrete, dirt, brick, sand, rock, liquids, chemicals, tires, batteries, and other prohibited materials cannot be included.
Can you swap the dumpster during the project?
Yes. A dump-and-return is handled as a new rental at the current rate. Contact us early so we can coordinate availability around your crew schedule.
Can the dumpster go in a residential driveway?
Our rubber-wheeled dumpster trailers are designed with residential properties in mind. Final placement depends on safe access, clearance, driveway condition, and room for our truck and trailer.
Do I book through a broker or third party?
No. Dump Day is the local company handling your order, delivery, and pickup. You are not hiring a national lead-generation site that resells the job.
Do you accept roofing debris?
Yes, with advance disclosure of the roof size, number of layers, and shingle type. Larger or heavier roofing jobs may require two trailers onsite to stay within safe weight limits.
