Rental Terms
-Customer assumes full responsibility and full liability for any damages to the trailer that may occur during their rental period.
-Customer assumes full responsibility and full liability for any and all injuries that may occur during their rental period.
-Disposal trailers are to remain in the same spot that the customer requested the trailer to be parked in.
*Customers are Not Allowed to move dumpsters.
-If customer needs a dumpster placed in a different location on same property, A $75 service fee will apply.
-Dump Day Dumpster Rental is not responsible for any damage to your driveway or property caused by our delivery trucks or equipment in the course of delivery or retrieval of the rented equipment.
-If the debris inside the dumpster exceeds the quoted limit of tonage, the customer will be responsible for paying an overage fee of $80/ton.
-If Customer place forbidden items in the dumpster, Dump day dumpster Rental has the right to remove items from dumpster and leave items on the customers property. Additional charges may apply for removing forbidden items.
-It is customers responsibility to inform their workers/helpers of the forbidden items list.
-DO NOT overfill the dumpster over the top. We reserve the right to remove all items deemed unsafe for travel.
Items not allowed in dumpsters
NO concrete, dirt, or rock. Also no paint, tires, hazardous waste, or batteries in the dumpster.
